Terms & Conditions

- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at info@northlakesgymnastics.co.uk.

- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

- Gymnasts are requested to train in suitable gymnastics attire, i.e., leotard/shorts/leggings. Gymnasts should wear comfortable clothing to allow freedom of movement while at the same time not being open, loose or floppy for safety reasons.

- Gymnasts must keep hair tied back securely. 

- Gymnasts are not allowed to wear any jewellery during training sessions (this includes small stud ear-rings). If ear-rings cannot be removed please tape them up instead.

- All members must respect fellow club members and coaches.  

- Gymnasts are required to arrive and depart from the gym suitably dressed, i.e., with coat in winter months, and with shoes on. 

- North Lakes Gymnastics Academy cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. It is advisable for items of clothing to be labelled with the child’s name and it is advisable to leave valuables at home. 

- North Lakes Gymnastics Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

- Members should treat all equipment with respect. 

- Gymnasts under the age of 16 must remain in the gym at the end of their session until collected by their parents/guardians.

- North Lakes Gymnastics Academy reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

-Dates are subject to change, we will aim to give a minimum of 2 weeks notice of any change of training dates.

- If there are any sessions cancelled by North Lakes Gymnastics Academy for any reason, we will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.

Should you wish to cancel you subscription payments you can do so at anytime, all you need to do is inform us in writing giving us a minimum of 2 weeks notice so we can process your request.
